WARRANTY

All our hammocks have a 1 year warranty on them. If you have any problems, we will gladly repair or get you a new hammock. The shipping will be covered by you to send the old hammock back to us.

 

DISCLAIMER

We do not recommend hanging your hammock more than 3 feet off the ground. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. If you are injured in any way, B.O.S is not responsible legally for this. We know that it is fun to hang your hammocks in cool places, but we will always put safety first.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect emails, phone numbers, and addresses to be able to connect and contact our customers. We do not give that information out, and will not use it for anything besides contacting potential customers and current customers. If at anytime you feel we are breaking that commitment, you can contact us, and we will help solve it, or you can take legal action.
